We are a manufactured home community on 6.7 acres of land in
the Manchaca community of South Austin.
It is 10 miles from downtown Austin. We rent lots for tiny & park
model style homes and a few RVs in great condition. We have been constantly
upgrading the community and
we no longer offer rental homes. This community has a long history
of being safe, quiet, clean
and neighborly.
