- Criminal and eviction background check will be run
- Employment and previous landlord(s) references must be provided and will be verified or contacted
- Vehicles must be well maintained, registered & insured, limited to 2 vehicles
- Personal identification will be required to initiate application process.
- No dogs that are agressive or dangerous to kids or disabled adults. No dogs over 40 lbs.
- Ability and willingness to follow all the other park rules
